Hii Guys I purchased A samsung S23Ultra US varient 512Gb But recently i Faced A issue where Am not Able To use Jio 5g In my device It's Showing Your Device Is not 5g Compatible but At the same Time I am using Airtel 5g In the Same Device recently I tried To changed with some Another' jio Sim But Then it's showing Your Device is Compatible so am not able to understand where is the issue i tried to talk with jio customer support they are Saying We can't do anything Your device is not Compatible then i tried to talk with samsung Customer support They are saying we don't have knowledge about International product we can't do anything!! If somebody please help me with this problem I'll be very grateful 🙏

I was also facing the issue with s20 fe and went to Samsung store and reinstalled and updated software
