Jio 5g is not working on S24 ultra SM-S9280

I purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra (SM-S9280) from Dubai. According to the CSC code (BRI), it's a Taiwan model. I am using a Jio SIM in India, but 5G is not working on this device. The Jio app is showing that this device is not 5G compatible. I have tried updating the software and changing to 5G from the settings. 5G is working on another device with the same SIM.
Please help.

On the jio aap it clearly show that jio 5g will not support those those phone which are not made in India or not assembled in india

Is this an issue from Samsung or Jio? Can I expect it to be fixed overtime through updates? I checked 5g bands which jio uses are present in this model that means it is disabled by software.

Hello Samsung Customer Support,

Can we expect a fix with future updates or do we need to switch the SIM from JIO to 5G , As it works with Airtel service provider why cant JIO provider can support ? This is flagship mobile and we want your team to work on it and fix it at the earliest.

Samsung has no respect for international customers, I have S24 Ultra from Canada SM-S928W but Jio 5G does not work. Took the issue with JIO they say onus is on Samsung.
