Whatsapp videos not playing on S23 ultra

Hi,

Yesterday I bought Samsung S23 ultra. But I am not able to download videos on whatsapp even not able to watch whatsapp video status.

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue?

It's a whatsapp bug for sure.
Wait for a whatsapp update.

If you migrated the wp , current status will not be available. Next will be visible

Cross check if you had backedup wp videos before restoring to the new device.

If not ,transfer it to the new device again.

If any one has read the another member that after Google updated some Play service few apps are taking time to download and install, this is the same and this is WhatsApp big primarily and the Google bug as well.. and it has started happening since recent beta update.. for me..

Even I'm facing the same issue, every other thing is working but when it comes to downloading videos or viewing status in whatsapp it's not happening

Even I am facing the same issue. It seems like a bug in whatsapp specific to S23 ultra.

This issue is not occuring in whatsapp business. So, you can use wa business and side by side you can contact whatsapp help center to get this issue resolve.

Samsung care team told this is not handset issue.

I have same issue I think there is some bug issue on whatsapp
