Whatsapp videos not playing on S23 ultra

Hi,

Yesterday I bought Samsung S23 ultra. But I am not able to download videos on whatsapp even not able to watch whatsapp video status.

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue?

Same issue after latest security update . Videos doesn't download, video status doesn't play. Images have no problem

I bought S23, 4/5 months ago, but suddenly my WhatsApp video status are not working, I mean WhatsApp video is uploading but not playing or not sounding, just stiil a picture ...

Me too. Same thing. But when I restart it works for a short while and then again problem persists. Please let us know if u managed to solve this. I dont want to use whatsapp business.
