Whatsapp call ringer getting silent

Hello, I'm using an S24 Ultra, but for the past few days, the WhatsApp call ringer has been silent/on vibrate. There is no sound. What could be the issue? All permissions are granted in the settings. Others are okay; Messenger and SIM calls are ringing, but when a WhatsApp call appears, it goes silent or to vibrate mode.

Some times its happen through the updates, wait for whatsapp update, and reset whatsapp notification settings. If the issue still persist so reinstall whatsapp.

I have already tried several ways, updated to the latest WhatsApp, but it is still not working. Did you face any issues regarding this topic?

Yeh, i faced a few months ago, but i follow some things, and then it's work properly! Did you check the sound level of notification?

Yes, everything looks fine so far. Everything works well for other apps, but WhatsApp seems problematic.

Use the separate sound of the app. Might that work?

nothing works 🙃. still when whatsapp call appears it goes to silent mode.
