Facing issues in getting a pop up alert notification from WhatsApp.

Hi Everyone,

I am facing issues in getting pop-up notifications in new samsung S21 FE from WhatsApp. Can not getting any sounds also its totally silent. While all the required alerts settings and all are on the right place. Can any please help me with how could it be fixed?

Is the toggle for receiving WhatsApp notifications on under 'Included Apps'?

Yes, all that toggle is on it happens only for WhatsApp. all other apps working fine. I don't know why I've also set a wallpaper in WhatsApp yesterday. It just gone today. It back to old wallpaper.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Then it's definitely a problem with WhatsApp

Yes tried that uninstall part also didn't work that same issue... I'm thinking also that is a WhatsApp issue..

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

If the issue still persists, kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).
