Notification Conversation Categories getting auto deleted

While previously I created seperate conversation of some of my whatsapp contacts, now the seperate conversation category is automatically getting deleted.

Due to this, the contact which was prioritised is not showing any notification now.

This is so frustrating

Now it has deleted it again. Now number says 34 deleted.
I will have to reset the chat priority to enable its notification and it will again get deleted

9 more categories deleted😡 and no other category is getting deleted but only ne particular contact

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

As seen in the latest screenshot, earlier the contact which was saved as a conversation is not removed and automatically the deleted category increased to 28(I have not deleted these categories).
Now I will not receive any notification for this contact.
This is the problem

Now that i have manually cleared the cache multiple times, the contact category has automatically appeared. But also now the deleted categories are 36. This is really frustrating as this is happening with one contact only

The UI is filled with so many bugs.
Another bug found, now I am unable to change the setting of any conversation, it gets to the original setting on it's own.
