Software Update Bug making S22 Ultra go silent on WhatsApp calls

I am facing a strange issue with my #s22ultra where the phone gets Silent automatically whenever a WhatsApp call comes (also happens in MS Teams call)

Have already done factory reset and problem persists. Also tried getting DND and other settings checked by Samsung Remote Support.

Provided all sorts of logs (*#9900#, HIGH), screen recording and steps to reproduce the problem in error reports section (also raised Samsung CEO Email for the same) but no solution provided till date (been 2months)

It's pathetic to know that Samsung does not care for its customer issues and they just want the customer to reach service center everytime and waste their time but they would not try to reproduce the issue at their end remotely and log a software bug

One of the worst company in terms of releasing software updates, they don't do due diligence and proper testing before relasing an OTA update. 

And, they certainly DONT WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE BUG IN THEIR SOFTWARE

There is one option in what's app unknown caller silent turn off this

This setting is for unknown caller, tried turning off, not a solution and

I have this issue for my saved contacts (check recording)

U go to case in consumer coat and case file in samsung company

Same issue causes multiple troubles, like missing important calls and messages too.
