If you have enough budget then S24 plus is good as it has 4k display bigger screen more updates better processor for day to day tasks higher brightness and new camera sensor
But one cons is exynos is not good for gaming and the telephoto camera is bit weaker and pricey

Everything is fine with s24+ except Exynos 🥵 ...I would go for 23+ for stable processor and VFM stuff
