After fighting for so many months last year out of warranty device whithout any damage in 2023 my display got replaced with min amount and again same issues happening after recent update. I have followed every single care step while updating the mobile like min 50%charge,and leaving it 2hours to sync with updates and not charging while updating but the issue has raised again after a year after the update without any physical damage exactly after the 2days of update.i am samsung lover from the long back but with this issue I have disappointed 😞

Okk.visited the service centre and registered the job sheet .They are also saying that my handset 3years old.so, i will not get the display changed from you and also i changed the display once last year as your policy.so,customer has to pay money without any fault from his side.First of all find that why are the display issues rising like this and have to take care of your loyal customers by not loosing to other brands.
