What is wrong with Samsung and its ui updates?

I see now even A series started to get one ui 5, but my s21 ultra still hasn't.

What the logic here? Samsung is doing what exactly?

You're not alone on this; I have had it up to here! Making sure everyone that asks for a device am recommending the Pixel or iPhone, this is ridiculous

I saw someone else post that they got the update on their S22 Ultra last week Wednesday already

UPDATE: it is 15th of November and still my S21 Ultra hasn't received an update. Tell me how can you call this phone flagship then? Tell me how i should trust samsung and buy another flagship in the future?
