I have a Samsing S21+.
Since I did the software update Android 12 on 3 December 2021, so many things are going wrong.....my phone is freezing, if I paste something underneath an existing Samsung Note, it deletes the existing note and only keeps what I have pasted, if I'm on a call I don't get the option to put speaker on, when I type anything the letters "jump" so I have to keep typing something over.
I have rebooted my phone 7 times and I've switched it off totally then on again. I also put it on safe mode for 2 hours.
What should I do?

Hi, Perform a Soft Reset (No data loss).

Press and hold Volume down button and Power button together. Keep holding until phone restarts.

Note: A screenshot may be captured while holding on the two buttons. Just keep holding/pressing the two buttons until phone restarts. Hope this fix the issue.

Hey, Best way I think to solve these types of problems after a big update is to start over. (Backup your data then Factory reset your phone then restore your data).
