Different apps show different specs. Using ampere on my s20 FE, battery says 4370mAh. So it's just a situation of 3rd party apps having their own functions. Don't bother.

No I highly doubt that, but don't let it get in your head. Ofcourse the battery won't be a complete 4500mAh there will be reserved usage. It's always lesser than the actual capacity to prevent damage

Don't trust those 3rd party apps bro
Check battery information in settings > about phone > battery information
Actual capacity is 4370 mAh😄

As pre Samsung minimum rated capacity should be 4370.
