Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
1. Kindly open the Galaxy Wearable App.
2. Tap on about earbuds.
3. Reset earbuds.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the.
Samsung Members Application (Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
