How can I cancel my vip pass to get my money back which I paid as Samsung Pre reserve (S 23 launch) will you please help me?

No worries if u not use the coupon during pre booking period and they send refund automatically to your original payment method

It will be automatically refunded if you don't use the pass.

If you are not getting refund then you have cancel your vip pass manually. Go over to this website https://www.samsung.com/in/support/email/online-shop/

fill up the form and you will receive a mail regarding cancellation within 24 hours. 
I did the same and it worked. Thank me later.
