Samsung vip pass 2025 refund issue

I have raised a complaint to the national consumer helpline since samsung is fooling people who purchased vip pass. Vip pass ended on 10th Feb and on call and mail they confirmed that the product is showing as cancelled and refund has been initiated which would take 7-8 working days. Today is the 9th working day. When contacted samsung today, now they are saying that vip was extended till 16th feb and so refund started on 17th feb even thought they confirmed on mail that order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. I request everyone facing issue to raise a complaint on national consumer helpline only then the issue would be resolved.

I received my refund. You might not get any sms of refund. Check bank statement. Same happened with me

I paid using amazon pay and not received the refund...

Would take 7-8 business working days after cancellation as well. Keep checking your refunds every day in bank. Won't show on amazon app
