 Iam purchased s24 ultra on 27/01/2024 but iam very disappointed😞 Camera quality of s24 ultra has become worst and in portrait edge detection is not perfect like s23ultra Also after zooming picture quality is like oil painting now ... totally degraded the flagship camera and his display color is very dull as compared to s23ultra iam very disappointed😞 after buying s24 ultra Please look into this bug.Vivid mode on display setting not working.Early #GalaxyS23Ultra had punchy,vibrant,premium,rich colour & display to make them standout device but in #SamsungS24Ultra it got fade and washed out now it just looks any other avg display. I wanted to highlight that s23 ultra had punchy vibrant,premium screen colour but I observed s24 ultra display color is totally fade as compared to s23ultra display color even vivid mode doesn't work properly in s24 ultra . as compared to s23ultra vivid mode .Please resolve it

I recently purchased the Samsung S24 Ultra 512 GB on January 25th, but I am disappointed with the quality of the photos it takes. The image quality is poor, and the phone overheats when I use WhatsApp video calling for more than 35 minutes. Additionally, the multi-window feature closes unexpectedly while I am using the phone, and a pop-up message appears asking me to let the device cool down. I am embarrassed by these issues, especially when using the phone in front of my relatives and colleagues. I would like to return the phone and request your feedback on whether your device experiences overheating during WhatsApp video calls.

The Samsung S24 Ultra is performing exceptionally well. Regarding the camera sample, an update is expected to be released in the coming days, as mentioned by Geekyranjit on Twitter.
If you are experiencing heating issues and your device is less than seven days old, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Don't worry let samsung officially launch s24 ultra which is 31st of this month then u will receive updates that will fix the issue basically pre ordered phones tend to have such issues samsung kind of rectifies them and push those updates and resolve issues every year this has been the case
Pre orders have there own perks and advantages but sometimes they cause u headaches have faced one with s22 ultra so I decided it's fine if I loose those perks but if u really want to upgrade sacrifice those 10k gimmick of extra storage and wait till phone settles and see how it's behaving and purchase after 2 3 months

Dear Samsung, 

The image processing has issue. It is all over the internet and Youtube. Just take out an S24 Ultra and take the pictures yourself. You will know it for yourself. Instead of asking the customers to send you log files etc. fix the issue! I bought S24 Ultra on 24 th Jan trading an iPhone 14 Pro 256 Gb. I am telling you that image processing is bad on X3, X5 zoom-overexposed and yellow. Many have raised the concern through video comparisons with S23 Ultra. Looking at those videos it looks like the camera is a downgrade than an upgrade from S23 Ultra. There is no escaping the fact that Samsung has messed up with the image processing on the S24 Ultra. The selfies are pathetic! As someone has mentioned that the cheap budget phones take better selfies. And what happened to the Live Message using SPen? I have raised the issue and got with the technical support but no resolve. Why have they removed Live Messages?

Dear user, as per your wording, Samsung took your old phone and forcefully gave you S24..Right? If not then it's totally they are not to blame.. yes their phone might have issues, but who said to buy a 1.39k Phone in just a jiffy.. there are showrooms and they displayed the phone you could have test before buying it.. not talking about battery but the picture quality, performance etc you could have tested in there.... Blaming like this only shows how you select and buy things, without thinking or something..

My response may hurt or you may not like it but this is the truth of many people just want to show off. And later the end up like this..

My suggestion is no one is pushing you hard to buy things.. think twice, thrice or as many times until you are comfortable..

And there is no such phone in this world you can say that is perfect..every phone has their best and worst side.. so enjoy the advantage of Samsung new phone atleast for next 9 months..

Please do not take my reply otherwise.. just a humble advice..

Also display issue might get fixed in upcoming updates..

Spot on bro agree with u completely if I really want s24 ultra I can easily wait for some days to see how it's behaving and how's the best way to find out it's when phone officially launches for retail sale which is today pre order phones have always had issues

Hi! Have you ever heard of the rights of the customers? The camera has issues and customer has the right to complain. That is why consumer courts are established. The feedback has to reach Samsung. The guy is doing just that. This forum is just for that! And your advice is that the person should not have bought the phone! Is that really an advice? How does it help? At least the person is bringing the issue to Samsung! And how much can you really test the camera in the stores with all the bright artificial lighting? 

And you may not know this-Samsung released an update through Goodlock so that you can get rid of the annoying bar at the bottom of the screen-All because of the customers expressing their frustration and difficulties. 

I bought S24 Ultra on 24th Jan and sold off my iPhone 14 Pro. Lot of good stuff on S24 but the camera has issues and that is a fact.

Dear first thing I am not against reporting the issue, it's obvious and everyone has right to do.. but no one understood the point.. anyways.. I will keep my comments on hold now.. but the fact is reporting and blaming are two different things.. if you are getting it... 🙏🏻
