Hi I am using s23 for 2 years and the phone camera especially in portrait mode its been hanging very much and too lag ,also phone used to lag without any usage like simply in the lock screen or home page without using any apps ,also many times I am not able to turn on or off my wifi ,Hotspot, Bluetooth etc I tried Turing on by swiping down the control panel and tried doesn't work also tried going to wifi or Bluetooth setting and Turing on still not working also tried by asking Bixby to turn on nothing worked tried few hours but just waste of time . This is very much frustrating now a days because of this kind of issues very sad and angry because of this .I ones loved samsung phone and here after I am very much disappointed with Samsung. Always recommend samsung and now I feel regret about it .And scared of updating to latest updates because it is very common now a days to have green line and display issue on samsung phone after update and service senter rejecting to replace it and if they aggred also it takes years to solve it .thank u samsung .Thanku soo soo much
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I already sent the report and complain but always they used to say try this and that troubleshooting methods and to attach log again but I already did the troubleshooting also the log also I sent still same reply
