Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.
Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Galaxy SI had the same issue. Samsung is giving a free repair/replacement for this. But labour charges of INR 600 are applicable and it takes a full week for this to go thru.
Best is to avoid updating.
