Usb Data transfer issue

My device is Samsung S22 ultra. 

I am trying to transfer my data from phone to laptop via USB type C to C which is provided in the box but it keeps on connecting and disconnecting. Though on charging it doesn't persist, just in laptop whenever I try to transfer data it keeps on connecting and disconnecting.

I tried with another usb cable (Type A to Type C) and it was working just fine. How to resolve this issue?

That's a big bummer
Never expected this from a flagship phone that literally cost me almost around an iPhone pro model varient and funny thing is no youtuber is addressing about this problem

Yes hardware , i use A to C for laptop that to old oneplus 6t cable which works accurate from last 3 years, samsung cables always useless

I even emailed some of them(MtWhoseboss)
But no response

See , youtubers always in paid basis , I believe not to believe on youtubers, they wouldn't highlights major issues of customers of the brand and his subscriber s they just shoot edit than post and wait for view like than money simple , visit service center take left and right will be useful, my cable replaced after warranty, but need to argue more than 30 mins ,

I laugh on youtubers specially on battery drain test, the test and real-life use age was so different, for example every one says now 14 pro max and 14 plus best in backup , in real world my brother had it he and me with same usage completed in night he left with 35% I left with 27% , that's because particular brightness was always high on my s22 ultra, in sun light , apple decrease it with when it's deact heat in sunlight, also screen bit bigger my s22 ultra , so youtuber don't highlights our issue simple and more they focus on brand value , now in India all people's mentally addict to apple

I'm using Linux on my lwnovo laptop now.
No problem in connecting to S22Plus via C to C.
I guess it's windows problem.

The cable provided in the box of phone doesn't have data transfer wire inbuilt , so they're strictly for charging purpose only. You have to buy another type C to C cable that support both charging as well as data transfer.
After long research I find about it.

Oh. But on Linux I'm using cable came with S20plus, to connect S22Plus.
It's working. Cable came with S22plus is still in the box.
