If you are facing the same issue as me and are unable to upgrade to the stable One UI 8 and are stuck on the beta release, follow the below steps:

2. Connect your phone to the PC/Mac using a USB cable and accept the connection.
3. Wait for a few seconds, and you will get a downgrade button.
4. Proceed with the downgrade; this will bring you back to the stable release channel.
5. Once the downgrade is done, you will immediately get the option to update to One UI 8 on your phone.

Note: This process is time-consuming, and you should not disconnect your phone while it is ongoing. You will require approximately 100 GB of free space on your Mac/PC. The process takes a bit of time, so please be patient. This will reset the phone, so make sure you have taken a backup.
