Updating to latest software (S23 ultra)

While manually updating from the settings>> software update, it says " Your current software version isn't supported. Visit a service centre. "
Update information • One UI version: 5.1
Current version: S918BXXS3AWI1 / S918BOXM3AWH3 / S918BXXS3AWF7
Security patch level: 1 September 2023" 

So, is there any way to resolve this without visiting service centre?

If still not recieving, kindly visit the service center once and inspect your device by the technical team end. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
