I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention a significant battery drain issue I have been experiencing on my device after installing the latest One UI 7 update. Prior to the update, my phone's battery performance was satisfactory; however, since updating, I have noticed that the battery depletes much faster than usual, even with minimal usage and background activity restricted.

I have tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the phone, checking for power-hungry apps, and optimizing settings via Device Care, but the issue still persists. It seems to be directly related to the new software update.

I would appreciate it if your technical team could look into this matter and provide any possible solutions or information on whether a fix will be included in a future update.

As per your concern, you have already done the possible troubleshooting steps and the issue remains unresolved, we kindly request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
