Samsung is fooling all the s24 ultra users. If you talk to their customer care, they have no solution. From September 2025 to February 2026, they do not even know whether to give update or not. Very bad service. I have never bought any Samsung phone for ages. Buy an expensive phone and on top of that, bear the hassle of service also.

What happened, no customer care person came to tell me why I am not getting the update, even though I have visited the service center and paid Rs 395, the problem is still the same.

What do you think, a customer using S24 Ultra uses 2G, has 5G speed and the fault is with Samsung service. If any update came between September to February, then what is the point of complaining again and again, you cannot say directly that you people are busy in selling and have forgotten the service.
