So i recently posted about the green bar on my S22 ultra display and have been contacting samsung for more than a week now. First there was a lot of miscommunication from them and now they said that due to minor dents on the bottom of the phone. The display cannot be replaced. This is really frustrating to hear that they are aware of these issues but they choose to ignore them even on their flagship phones. This is just bad customer support. They reply back after ages. They might just lose loyal customers

I am also facing the same issue where the dent occurred after the initial purchase and was working fine for 2 years but now it cant be replaced or repaired because if that single dent.

Now just wait. If you file a consumer complaint in court in your district court they'll call you for hearing.
