Unlocked wifi hotspot 5ghz for galaxy s10 series

Wifi hotspot 5ghz was unlocked with the latest samsung update.Previously only 2.4ghz hotspot was available for exynos galaxy s10 series.Now 2.4ghz and 5ghz is configurable in wifi hotspot settings.

How i onnect it my s10 series plz tell me procedure

Press on mobile hotspot icon.It will take to mobile hotspot settings.Click configure in that page and 5ghz can be selected.

Both were available previously too. The difference is just that now you can manually set it, it was automstic previously.

Previously 5ghz was not available for wifi hotspot.Only 2.4ghz was available and it was not configurable.

It was available but was not configurable. It connected to the band which was best.

I'am not talking about wifi connection.For wifi it connects to both 2.4 and 5ghz.When using mobile as hotspot it was only 2.4ghz previously but now both configurable.

Oh, no, both bands were there. Because my laptop used to connect to the 5GHz band before One UI 3 update on my phone.

2.4 and 5ghz are not active at the same time.If you are unable to configure some devices may not be able to connect at all as most devices are 2.4ghz.How did u confirm that laptop connected to 5ghz band
