Go to settings and enable an option data switching and back up calling to get internet in calling. It only work if you are using dual Sim

Frustrating! Not being able to use the internet while on a call can be inconvenient. Since you've already tried resetting your device, let's explore other possible solutions:

*Device Settings*

1. *Check your network settings*: Ensure that your device is connected to a stable network and that mobile data is enabled.
2. *Disable and re-enable mobile data*: Try disabling mobile data, waiting for a few seconds, and then re-enabling it.
3. *Check your APN settings*: Ensure that your Access Point Name (APN) settings are correct. You can check with your network provider for the correct APN settings.

*Call Settings*

1. *Check your call settings*: Ensure that the "Use internet during calls" or "Use data during calls" option is enabled.
2. *Disable VoLTE*: Try disabling Voice over LTE (VoLTE) and see if it resolves the issue.

*Other Solutions*

1. *Restart your device in Safe Mode*: This will disable all third-party apps, and if the issue persists, it could indicate a problem with your device's software.
2. *Check for software updates*: Ensure that your device is running the latest software. Sometimes, updates can resolve connectivity issues.
3. *Reset network settings*: This will reset all network settings to their default values.

If none of these solutions work, it's possible that there's a hardware issue or a problem with your network provider. You may want to:

1. *Contact your network provider*: Reach out to your network provider to see if there are any issues with their service in your area.
2. *Visit a authorized service center*: If you suspect a hardware issue, visit an authorized service center for further assistance.

I hope one of these solutions helps you resolve the issue!

This is definitely a Network problem and not a problem of device at all. Jio is totally internet protocols (VoLTE) based network hence there is no problem In using the internet while you are on call. While other networks like Airtel, Vi are the ones who upgraded their telephonic network towers to provide 4G or 5G services. Therefore, they are not able to provide internet at the same time while you are on a call. If you have ever noticed it, VoLTE, VoNR gets turned off when you receive or dial number for calling. I hope it resolves your query.
