Subject: Wi-Fi Calling Option Missing on My Device

Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am a loyal Samsung user and would like to report that the Wi-Fi Calling option is missing on my device. I am aware that this feature is available on many Samsung smartphones, but I am unable to find it on mine.
Here are the details of my device:
• Model Number: [Galaxy S21FE 5G]
• Software Version: [One UI 7.0 / Android 15]
• Network Operator: [Teletalk,Airtel]
• SIM Type: [Physical SIM ]
I kindly request that you look into this issue and enable the Wi-Fi Calling feature on my device if possible. If it is not available for some reason, please let me know why.

I think you need to ask your Service Provider (Airtel or WiFi wala). S21FE Supports wifi calling

● Method 1: Enable Wi-Fi calling feature via settings:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings >> Tap on Connections >> Tap on Wi-Fi Calling >> Turn on Wi-Fi Calling >> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.

● Method 2:Enable Wi-Fi calling feature via Notification panel:
Swipe down on home screen to open notification panel >> Tap on Wi-Fi Calling to enable >> Wi-Fi Calling has been enabled.

● Method 3: Enable Wi-Fi calling feature via Phone App:
From the home screen tap on Phone >> Tap on Menu >> Tap on Settings >> Turn on Wi-Fi Calling >> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.
