Galaxy SDevice: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
Problem: Unable to reinstall WhatsApp Business from the Google Play Store.
Error Message: "Can't install WhatsApp Business. Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem." (As shown in the attached image)
Hi Samsung Members,
I've been using WhatsApp Business on my S25 Ultra without any issues for the past three months. Recently, I deleted the app and am now trying to reinstall it. However, for the last three days, I've been unable to do so.
When I attempt to download WhatsApp Business from the Play Store, it appears to download, but then I receive an error message stating, "Can't install WhatsApp Business." I've attached a screenshot of the error message.
I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps suggested by the Play Store error link, but the issue persists. All other apps seem to install and update correctly.
Has anyone else experienced this specific issue with WhatsApp Business on their S25 Ultra or another Samsung device? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
