Unable to make or receive calls on S21 5G with Jio Sim

Hi,

I am unable to make or receive calls on my Jio Sim on my S21 5G phone. Data LTE is working OK and I could also see the LTE symbol in the notification bar. But voice calls are not working. Pls. help.

Edit: Airtel, Vodafone SIMs work well on the phone.

No problem with me either. Check your jio sim on another device and another jio sim on your device. Also if your device supports esim try that also. BTW from when are you facing this issue?

Thanks for responding. This Jio Sim works on other Android phones. I have not yet tried a different Jio SIM on this S21.

Yes, this device supports eSIM. Let me see if I can get the eSIM for this number.

Also been facing this issue since I put my Jio SIM in after bringing this unlocked device from US to India.
