Hello, I am Unable to login in My Galaxy Application.

When I trying login in application it's show Network Error.

I am connect with myGalaxy team they don't solution for this error.

Can anybody have solution for resolve this issue.

1) make default browser only Samsung internet.
2) don't use any vpn service during login.

How to set default browser :
Long press on Samsung internet icon and select App info > browser app > select browsera5b27ad4-84d5-4b68-8f15-a97b7014b3fd.jpg

i was facing the same issue but in C9pro. I was able to connect using VPN ( Turbo VPN app ), Even check if your samsung other apps are connecting or not. If it helps you then you may need to visit service centre. Take a back up of your data before visiting.
