Please clear catche of this app and reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again . If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also ,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Kindly change the Wallpaper and theme of the device. Advise you to choose wallpaper available in a ‘Featured’ section of the wallpaper setting.

● Navigation Path to Change Wallpaper: Long Touch at Home Screen > Wallpaper and Style > -Change Wallpaper > Apply Any Wallpaper in Featured Section.

● Navigation Path to Change Theme: Long Touch at Home Screen > Themes > Apply themes available at Galaxy Themes.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

R u really a customer support guy 😂 . Firstly there is no theme . And u are telling me to remove the wallpaper for a google service problem

I am still experiencing the same problem with my Samsung S22 Ultra, and the solution offered by customer support did not resolve the issue. It appears that Samsung S25 Ultra users are also reporting this problem.

Please let me know if a solution is found?

In settting find apps and choose google services clean the cashe of google services . After i have done this this message didnt show to me after that
