Really frustrated with Samsung ultra phone. The type C IEM are not connecting reliably. My IEM is connecting with other devices but not with ultra. Some times it connects but sometime no. I tried following it worked but then again stopped.
1. Cleaning usb slot
2. USB headset app force stop
3. USB settings clear cache
4. USB audio routing disabled

Still not working.

I am not sure why this is so complex to work. This is basic operation. Samsung software is so frustrating .

Actually this looks to be software bug. When i turn the music on before connecting my IEMs then it works. But if i plug in and then play music then it doesnt work.

With my prior experience with service center , they dont handle software bugs. Most of the earlier experience they could not fix the software bugs. They mention just one thing need to change mother board if its not in warranty . 😮

So not sure who is the correct team 😊

Same thing is happening with me, I don't know how to fix this. I use a Kinsound DAC type c to 3.5 mm jack adapter, but still it is not working at all...

Unfortunately all I am left with to get it fixed at service center
