Hello everyone,

Not sure if anybody else if facing this or not, but I am facing this with few of the type-c earphones.

Whenever I try to connect them to my phone an simple toast message pops-up stating "USB device is not detected."

Any possible solutions?
I have already tried below:
1) Try same earphoes with other phone - they works on other phones.
2) Try different earphones with S24 U - Few works and few dont.
3) Disable audio routing through USB - it doesnt works.

Please help here.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would like to inform you that your device supports USB Type C headphones. If you wish to use standard headphones with a 3.5mm jack, we recommend purchasing a headset jack adapter (USB Type C to 3.5mm).

1. Connect the jack adapter to your phone first.
2. Then connect the 3.5mm Headsets to the jack adapter.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
