I Seriously need your help regarding Trade-In option. Whenever I contacted the support team they are saying we have sent email to their trading partners, there will be swift action. In reality nothing happened. I contacted North Ladder team and they said they are waiting for the confirmation from Samsung 😐 This is ridiculous
Can anybody suggest me any solution. I'm fed up with this Samsung support team as they say the same thing again and again. I lost trust in them. Shame on them.
Your suggestion and solution are highly appreciatable

I made trade in since January and one connected me . I complained to Samsung.
