The problem is that my device's back panel detached due to overheating. When the mobile heats up, the adhesive weakens, causing the panel to come off within a year. My device is still under warranty, but Samsung Care refused my claim, stating that it is not eligible due to minor scratches on the back panel. The scratches are very minimal and should not affect the warranty.

I tried to resolve my issue at two different Samsung service centers, but both quoted different prices to reattach the back panel. One told me β‚Ή650, while the other asked for β‚Ή950β€”how is this even possible? πŸ˜‚πŸ₯΄

@Samsung should be aware of this! πŸ˜‚

price quotation should have been the same throughout the service centres

maybe, Samsung has provided some flexibility to individual service centers to decide on the pricing

I personally use S21 FE ..and have faced no such heating issue till date

No bro price is always same for all the Samsung Cares for particular device. Because they are order the parts from online samsung service cares so price will always a same.

And for heating my device heats up in within a 10 minute. Once if temperature is high then many issues are occurred like network switching from 5g to 4g, brightness drop, performance downgrade, charging issues etc..

Bro, this is the nature of electronic itmes cox it's depends on following situation,

Network Fluctuation
Usage
Its not always manufacture' s fault.
Some time it depends on our usages.
