After June 25 softwear update my s22 ultra display shows green lines and camera quality got degraded. Height is that when i went for service center they told under 3 years of purchase they will replace display without any charges and my phone got this issue after 3.1 years. Its just pathetic that without any physical damage screen is not working and for that customer has to pay the amount. 😡😡😡 Very disappointed with the samsung.

Samsung service center tells different reason to customers to avoid free replacement of display send email to Samsung care try I got free replacement for my s22 mobile

Same thing happened on my s21 plus after android 15 based one ui 7 update..other brands life one plus give free lifetime screen replacement when green or pink line appear...so Dissatisfied service from samsung.they have to take responsibility for pink line issue to fix this problem

Just wanted to know even if its the fault from company side customer is liable to pay? If this is the policy of samsung then i dont find to continue loyalty to the brand. Just because of your Software update we should pay you to repair our devices does it make any sense to you? and its just 1 month after your policy this thing happened to the device that is because i receive update on 5th june. Also your every service center giving me different quotations which a horrible thing. Very disappointed with your services.

I got also green line in 2 years old S22 Plus after One UI 7 update without any physical damage or any single scratch or dant on screen and body. Visit Service centre they demand 17300/- for repair. Mailed to customer support. Reply attached1750357008609.jpg

They told me that till 3 years after purchase of device they will replace display without any cost. Call to customer support they will do that.

There is a policy for S22 Ultra but not such policy for S22 and S22 plus.
