please give few minutes to understand how samsung is exploiting .

Hello samsung community 
This attempt is to share worst and a degree of mental exhausting process form samsung and it's team.
May 25 .I have updated my samsung s 24 ultra to software update 7 .
Within hours and days of update my gadget display poped with dysfunctional display and screen with green and white scattering lines .
May 27 .I have reached samsung customer care for a resolution with the same.
In the very first they were served with the information that device is out of warranty 
And they want to get a Job sheet created from authorised service centre 
And it's the same conlusion they have come with regarding software glitch and they also informed me similar issues being happened and happening .
And they hVe also checked for any physical damages for phone 
Except display issues there isn't a scratch on full device.
June 4 . They asked me provide invoice bill of purchase.
And on the same day my issue have closed on the grounds of out of warranty. 
For the last 20 days I have been involved for this issue atleast 2 hours a day .
But still I have not received any resolution. They just skipped my calls.
 
Behaviour of CASE HANDLER .
I have been assigned to case handler to Manish mandol .
In the very first call I mentioned to the team my device was out warranty, then still Mr.manish directed me to go around samsung authorised service centres just to check out whether my claiming was genuine or not and inspected to any physical damage
And service centre report goes my way .
And Then MR.Manish mandol and samsung end denies their part of responsibility based on warranty out .
June 4 2025 Mr.manish mandol closed my issue without proper solution and I have been trying to reach out head office department because other desks at samsung is not authorised to deal my grievance. 

June 12 2025 .in the mean time 8 days Mr Manish madol ignored my 100s of scheduled calls and didn't reach back to me 
And he closed all my issues without even calling me back or reaching out to me.
Customer agent says already call has been placed and resolved where I got no call.

June 12 .I reached out to national consumer forum and I registered my problem and I have docket number.
June 13 I got samsung ticket /reference number by consumer forum 
When I reached back to samsung with consumer forum number docket and reference number 
And even that was closed by Mr.MANISH MANDOL without call .I do have call recording of Mr. Manish mandol accepting to software glitch and my job sheet report. 

I did invested around 1 lakh to buy gadget and the mistake I did on this green earth is to update and install new software provide by samsung itself 
.who should be held responsible for faulty malware softwares .

Question on exploitation ..all this about pushing samsung users to get into trap of extended 
Samsung care +.

Even reaching out to third legitimate party CONSUMER FORUM which is between company and consumer atheist not even cared by samsung .
I have been also collecting data about same software glitches happening around the globe post UI 7 SOFTWARE UPDATE.

I have spoken to 20-25 samsung customer agent 
Over 5 people from senior help desk like Nishant 
Shashank .Har Jyoti 
I have called 100s times but still here I am posting this here on 15 June.
Who should be held responsible

Better buy oneplus device camera might be not as good as Samsung but they atleast take accountability and either replace the screen or give big discount for new phone.

Thankfully i haven't update to 1ui7 yet. Samsung's management has shown that they can never truly match the standards set by Apple, not even those of OnePlus.

Bro i truly believe they are doing it on purpose, I am using s22 from an year and before I updated on one ui7 I took a bit time recorded and shared the screen recording till end of the update and did the same as soon as I turned on the mobile so just to ensure no such issues occur so it worked magically for me. But my office friend who use the same s22 mobile got the green line issue after one ui7 update, I'm convenienced it is on purpose samsung try to do this to it's customers.
