Same thing happened to me in s25, just go to settings ->connections->sim manager-> edit sim name. I did that and my sim 1 shows on top and sim 2 shows on bottom everywhere.If it solves your issue then please accept it as solution.

Put as labelled on the tray, and then under settings change the sim names e.g. set sim1 as jio

If you are able afford and want an android phone then go for S series.Even if the hardware for A and M series is good samsung eventually restricts those via software to maintain the boundaries between their mid tier and flagship series'.In my opinion...
