For the gestures, get Good Lock from the Galaxy Store, and then from there, install NavStar. In NavStar, select "Enable extra gesture settings" and then there will be the option to hide it and have the old 3 swipe gestures.

I did but the Hide Gesture is not available in s24u(GoodLock). Idk why.
