I have been an user of S24 Plus(exynos) for 3 months now.I like the phone..there has been no heating issues for my usage, no jitterness, the navigation is smooth and everything else is superfine.But I dislike how its cameras perform.They are mediocare at best and far from the expectation with which I had purchased it.A flagship should be a flagship all around.Have been hearing about some camera centric update since long but it is not to be seen till now.It is again a shame that Samsung has failed the expectations
of customers of its flagship series let alone other intineraries.Through this forum I want to ring an alarm bell to Samsung that many of its recent S24 series buyers are shifting to Iphones only due to overhyped but less performing cameras.Please listen to us before it is too late.

S24 ultra.. have 200 mp camera with 100x zoom.

You have S24 plus variant, but camera quality is not satisfactory.

For camera s24 ultra is the best..

I have book mark for that, you can check my bookmarks..

Flagship, Branding is a technique of a business...

Every New Phone comes with a higher price rate..

Slave of mind, slave of business strategy, unnecessary demands for fun, joy, entertainment, show off etc leads towards foolishness.

Try to be less depending on so called New (just one year only).

Because today's marketing strategy always feels your handset old, less powerful..

Think twice before you buy..


I am using my brother's phone, having android 13 as the last OS and still I am happy.

So don't lose money 💰 in so called branding or flagship.

Dear Samsung Customer Support,
Thought I know it is an auto generated response and responding to this is futile. but still for the sake of putting forth my point, it is not some specific error and many people would have already shared the log file.Moreover it is not an handset specific problem, it is a general impression and by now each member of the Samsung Software development team must have known that the general response regarding the camera is not positive.Do some testing yourself and compare it with your competitors.
