Galaxy SCondensation Risk: The cold environment can cause moisture to condense inside your phone when you take it out into a warmer environment, potentially damaging internal components.
Battery Damage: Extreme temperatures, even cold ones, can harm your phone’s battery, reducing its lifespan or causing it to malfunction.
Component Stress: Rapid temperature changes can stress the phone’s components, leading to potential hardware issues.
If you’re trying to cool down an overheated phone, it’s better to turn it off, remove any case, and place it in a well-ventilated area at room temperature. If you have a specific reason for wanting to put it in the fridge (for an experiment or cooling it briefly), keep it in a sealed, airtight bag to minimize condensation, and only leave it in for a very short time. However, this is still not recommended.
