System UI is not responding

From yesterday my Samsung S22 Ultra is crashing continuously. Every 5-10 minutes gap it's switching off-on. Sometimes within minutes. Phone is lagging badly. Error System UI isn't responding poping up. Help me to fix this without data loose.

Yesterday phones home screen splits in two parts in landscape mode. Touch was working very least. After some time I clicked sound up button and power button same time then home screen becomes normal but crashing frequently since then. In between I lost my whatsapp data
