Switching voice call to the headset

I have the s22 ultra 5G , and I am using it with wireless headphones, smart watch and car hands-free set, I notice everytime I am making new call while my headphones or car set connected I have to switch the output to them as default output is always the phone,

Although when I am using the same accessories with my other phone it always give the priority to the last connected device, is there any option in the galaxy to prioritize the Bluetooth device?

One option is to set a bixby routine and select this option.

Just open your bluetooth settings of these devices if call is enabled

Although It is activated, the priority for outgoing calls is always through the internal speaker, and I need to switch it to the Bluetooth headphones for every new call

Make sure this setting is on the Bluetooth device. For me when u receive a call depending on what I use to answer the call, the call will be connected from the device. Eg. If I answer a call from my smartwatch, I can speak and hear the call from my watch. There is an option to change however to a earbud and phone itself directly on the device after answering the call as well
