Stickers via Samsung messages

Hi,

Can anybody confirm if stickers can only be sent to other samsung phone only via samsung messages?

I have been trying to send stickers but they just loop and never being sent, is it samsung only thing?

Emojis are being sent though.

stickers are not sent as stickers. They are either sent as gif or images with white background.

Only on samsung to samsung or to other android phones as well? Coz I have been trying to send it to oneplus but it never does

you can send it to any one, either it is android or iOS. The problem is they are sent as image or gif. Samsung should really work on it.

Problem with mine is that they are not being sent in the first place. It just loop n loop until prompt comes that "message failed to send."
Emojis are going but not stickers.

You don't have an mms pack that is what happened to me

I am using Jio, does it need special recharge separately for mms?
I have done that 1.5 gb/day unlimited sms, calls pack which almost everyone do

Okay, so contacted dumb JIO, and they don't support mms at the moment; hence, my multimedia not getting sent.
