Spotify does not work on wifi

Spotify gives the error: "No internet connection available"

when using it on wifi.

Switching to mobile data makes the problem go away.

Using Spotify on a different Android phone on the SAME wifi network works

I have restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, cleared the app cache, made wifi as unmetered.

The problem still persists. Please help.
