I recently got an S21 FE and the Spotify app shows "No internet connection" when I'm connected to my wifi. It works perfectly fine on mobile data though. Pls tell if there is a setting that I need to enable

Check spotify settings
Or
Once clear cache/data of spotify

Also check connections>data usage>mobile data appsScreenshot_20220401-161918_Spotify_44832_1648810158.png

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

Thank you for sharing your concern. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

However, we would request you to register your concern in Samsung Members Application. So, our concern team gets back to you as soon as possible.

Please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm regard,
Samsung customer support

Hi, I continue to face the same issue on my S21 FE 5G. My Spotify App says "No internet connection when connecting to my WiFi" even though the other services on the phone seem work to work well on the Samsung device.

I have tried re-installing the application, factory resetting my phone, clearing up cache and app data and various other troubleshooting techniques.

Not sure if you were able to find a solution for it. But if found so, I would appreciate any sort of help.

Thanks!
