The display of the screen is very anti reflective which makes it seems quite dull. I noticed disabling these options helped:
Disable Adaptive Color Tone:
Settings > Display > Adaptive Color Tone {Disable}
This will take care of the Yellow tint on the display.
Next ,
Settings > Wallpapers & Style > Dim wallpaper when Dark mode is on {Disable}
Also see if disabling Eye Comfort Shield under display seems okay (I keep it on, but disabling it makes the screen bright)
Another option is Extra Dim under Settings > Accessibility. Enable it according to your preference (I had it enabled in S23U but S24U doesn't need this).
