Software difference between INS s23 ultra and US s23 ultra

This is INS version of s23 ultra which does not have the option to show the location in the status bar when it is being used.

This is the image of my father's s23 ultra which is a US version we can see the location when being used in the status bar with a green dot similar to what we see when an app uses camera and microphone.
