Smart view developer options not working after updates

After i got september patch for my device smart view developer options not showing

I regularly using start second screen option with my pc .

Now its gone.

Why this feature got removed after update.

Nope... I have not found any such options 😬

It was working so I am using this method only

I found an app called shortcut to create the second screen icon
